Packing machine application:
This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of plastic straight pipes.steel tube and other metal straight pipes.
It uses stretch film ,compound paper & etc. as the materials.
You can choose to work online or offline,it's all easy and safe to operation.
Packing machine installation basic operation:
- Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
- The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

- Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
- PLC programmable control.
- Wrapping position reset.
- Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
